What Equipment do I need?

  • 1 Pair of “light” DBs

  • 1 Pair of “medium” DBs

  • 1 “Heavy” DB or KB

  • 1 Large Resistance Band

  • 1 Foam Roller

  • Ab Mat or Cushion

We made this program to be functional strength training with minimal equipment so you can train at home, at any apartment gym, or any gym with minimal outlay of equipment.
