What brings you to Resilient Strength?
This is modular as travel and schedule allows, so please answer with what is sustainable for your normal, daily, life. We can also start with less and add as we get comfortable with a new routine.
Our workouts together will be 1 hour, as will any community classes offered monthly, but we are looking for the space you have on the days you'll be training solo. This can be modular.
