Youth Athletes

Building Resilience

*No Youth Athlete will ever be turned away for financial reasons. We want athletes that want to train and get better. We believe in a working-class mentality.

If you wanna show up, work hard, and treat everyone with respect, there’s a place for you here.

Athletic Development

  • Working hard at one thing makes us better at all things. We learn the skills of showing up, busting our butts, and caring about those around us.
    1) Be Early
    2) Protect the Team
    3) Work to Get Better

  • We have 2 weekly youth classes which is where all our youth athletes start. From there we have some who come in up to 4 days a week and work 1:1 with a coach or semi-independently on a program written by their coach. Guided and safe and appropriate for all ages

  • Isn’t that dangerous
Quite simply: no! Weightlifting has one of the lowest rates of injury of any sport (lower than every single team ball sport) and is PERFECT preparation to actually keep kids from getting injured. We build strong legs and core, springs, and bulletproof the upper body all while increasing range of motion and speed.
